Know Your Retirement Score is a free educational tool provided by Groei Group LLC, a marketing company. Groei Group LLC is not an insurance agency and does not sell insurance, annuities, or investment products, and does not provide financial, insurance, or legal advice. If you request a consultation, you may be contacted by one or more of our licensed insurance partners regarding retirement planning and insurance or annuity products.

Information We Collect

When you use this tool, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, age, zip code, and your answers about your retirement goals, risk tolerance, current portfolio, and finances. We also automatically collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the UTM source/campaign that brought you to the page.

How We Use It

• To calculate and display your personalized Retirement Readiness Score and report.
• To follow up with you about your results and, if you request one, to schedule a consultation.
• To improve the tool and understand which channels (ads, email, search) bring visitors to it.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share it with the following categories of parties, only as needed to run this tool:

• Our licensed insurance partners — if you request a consultation, your contact information and quiz answers are shared with one or more licensed insurance professionals so they can follow up with you about retirement planning and insurance or annuity products.
• Service providers — we use Google Workspace (Sheets/Gmail) to store and manage leads, and Anthropic's Claude AI to help generate your personalized report. Only your quiz answers (age, zip code, financial ranges, risk tolerance) are sent to Anthropic — never your name, email, or phone number.
• Public government data sources — we send only your zip code (no personal identifiers) to the U.S. Census Bureau and Bureau of Labor Statistics public APIs to pull real cost-of-living and inflation data for your area.
• Advertising partners — we may work with advertising platforms (such as Meta and Google) to measure and improve our ad campaigns. Depending on your settings, this can involve sharing limited information (such as a hashed email address) with those platforms, which some state laws (like California's) classify as "sharing" your information even though no money changes hands. See "Your Choices" below to opt out.

Your Choices

• Do Not Sell or Share: use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer of our site to opt your browser out of any advertising-related sharing described above. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal automatically.
• Opt out of contact: reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts, or email privacy@groeigroup.com to opt out of calls or emails at any time.
• Access or questions: email privacy@groeigroup.com with any question about the information we have about you.

Data Retention

We retain the information you submit for as long as needed for the business purposes described in this policy. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, email privacy@groeigroup.com and we will honor reasonable requests.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to stored lead data is limited to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

This tool is intended for adults planning for retirement and is not directed to, and does not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes.
